Msida Saint-Joseph Football Club - usually referred to as Msida St. Joseph - is a Maltese football club from the town of Msida, which currently plays in the Maltese First Division.

Msida Saint-Joseph were relegated at the end of the 2008/09 season. However, Vittoriosa Stars and Marsaxlokk were both found guilty of corruption and were demoted, meeting that Msida Saint-Joseph and Hamrun Spartans were both reinstated in the Maltese Premier League.
